It’s so sad to say goodbye but the memories that I have will always be with me, you will always be present in my life as I see so much of your personality in my husband and children. It won’t be the special occasions that we miss you the most but in all the smaller ways you touched our lives, chatting over a cup of tea in the kitchen or the office, Sunday night dinners when you had bread with your butter, complaining about eating too much as you stole the last potato or added another dollop of cream, sneaking treats to Rocky under the table, inappropriate stories and finishing the night with a quiz. I’m grateful for the time my children had with you as it was a very special and rare bond that not many grandchildren get to experience and I know they recognised that this bond was unique. The bond we had was also unique, far more than an in-law relationship and I’m grateful that I also had that opportunity. Goodbye but never forgotten – Susie

  7. Peter O’Hagan. A man larger than life & a force to be reckoned with whenever a sticky situation arose. A voice that could boom across the Showgrounds when needed but ever softly when he spoke of his grandkids. Our connection with Peter through the Agricultural world has left us not only with a void every time we will enter the Berwick Showgrounds but has also left us with a lasting friendship of his family. With your reins loose and free, ride on eternally RIP
