Aged 45 years.
Soulmate of Georgett.
Dearly beloved daughter of Alan (dec) and Heather.
Baby sister of Robert, Carol, and Katrina.
Sister in law to Anita and Rod.
Dearly loved aunty of Jacob, Nicholas, Bethany,
Charlie, Thomas, Samuel, and Isabelle.
To know her was to love her.

A Funeral Service for
Nicole Amanda Chatfield will be held at
St. John’s Anglican Church
Main Street Nar Nar Goon on
Wednesday November 2nd 2016
commencing at 10:30 a.m.
A burial will follow at the Pakenham Cemetery
Thewlis Road Pakenham.
In lieu of flowers donations to
The Lost Dogs Home would be preferred.
Envelopes will be available at the Church.
