      We have a lot of happy memories. John was the love of my life for 61 years. We did a lot in that time. The door is always open if you want a coffee.

    Many happy times to remember, I can still see him leaping away, video forgotten when the billabong bank started moving with crocs (freshies +++) in Kakadu. So many fun times.

  3. It was a pleasure to meet John during his later years and to visit to just talk trains. I’ve always loved reading old railway stories but to hear them first hand from a former railwayman and to see the joy recounting those years of his life brought a smile to his face was always worth the visit. My deepest condolences to Muriel and the rest of the Walker family.
