  4. He was a wonderful neighbour to Julie & I.
Beautiful words from Tara, here are our thoughts.

    Garry

    There was always a wave
    If passing his way
    His contagious smile
    Would light up your day.

    He would always make time
    For a neighbourly chat
    And respected your views
    About this and that.

If he saw you in need
He was there with a hand
    To pull a fence wire
    Or tighten a strand.

As I head down the drive
    And pass by my gate
I’ll still glance down the hill
    To look for my mate.

    I will focus my gaze
On the spot where he stood
    And remember the bloke
    Who made me feel good.

  5. For Phillip, Cheryl, Denise & Tanya..its a sad time for all the family. Be assured of the love & sympathy from all of my family, Christopher,Andria, Alison & Penny. Its true, as the celebrant said.. “Garry has gone back to where he came from”. As the Bible tells us we return to the dust…BUT NOT FOR LONG! the happy part is there is to be a resurrection back to a happy life here on a cleansed earth. This is going to happen by means of God’s
kingdom..that’s why Jesus taught us to pray for that heavenly kingdom. Knowing that we have a happy future not far away helps us in our sorrow & we can look forward to greeting all our loved ones back without the sickness, pain, & sorrow we experience today. I hope this message reaches your hearts & you are moved to find out more about our wonderful future being reunited with our loved ones.
