Dear Debbie & family,
I am lost for words to describe how much Brent touched my life and I am heart broken he has departed this life. I met him just over a year ago as a vulnerable new business owner. When Brent came out to my facility he immediately praised what I had built & told me I needed a bigger place because it’s going to be so busy. Those words of encouragement meant everything to me & in particular it came from a man with experience, sincerity & wisdom. Brent continued to support me & provide exceptional customer service. I will miss him and the care & support he showed me.
For the McKinstry Family
I am saddened to hear of Brent’s passing and my condolences for your loss. Brent was an enthusiastic and supportive individual with his professional services, and I have fond memories of his can-do approach and a deal of humour.
This is really sudden and sad news! Brent has been extremely nice and kind to us at Sypharma as a friend! If Brent you have to leave us, you must be on the way to the heaven! God bless you and your family!
My deepest condolences to all McKinstry members and especially to Debbi and Grant. I just can’t believe it. May he rest in peace.
Although I knew Brent from a business perspective, he was a delight to deal with.
He was always ready to have a chat. I learnt of some of his life passions and how he got to fulfill some of them. He was generous with his time and never forgot to return a favor.
He will be sorely missed at our workplace, and I extend by deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

Gosh I was so sad to hear about Brent’s passing. I met him and Michael at Struisbaai, those were such happy times. Brent was the pizza king, he made so many of those little pizzas but there was always demand for more! The friendly ribbing he and Michael gave each other entertained everyone else but you could tell there was a special bond. I am so sorry for your loss.

I have many fond memories of Brent, as both a neighbour and a friend. Today, as we reminisced, I was reminded of his car horn, which made me smile. You knew, Brent was home.
It was a touching service that showed he was well loved and lived life to the fullest. Hope that it brought you some comfort. Love Audrey x

I’m so sorry to hear of Brent’s sudden passing. He was truly the best – such a kind, generous, and funny individual who always made me feel so welcome. I’m so grateful for everything he did for me over the years & have such fond memories with him. Brent was one of a kind & made a positive impact on everyone who knew him. I’ll always appreciate the way that he welcomed me into his home, and all of the little things he did to make me feel like family. Deb, Mike, and Chris, Brent has a big spirit that will continue to be with all of you. It was so evident how much he loved and adored his “cookie” and his boys, and you were the best family he could have asked for. Sending all of you support and healing wishes.
