A Funeral Service for Nick Maan
will be held at Berwick Church of Christ,
432-446 Centre Rd, Berwick
on Wednesday 11th January 2023
commencing at 10.30 A.M.
A burial will follow at the
Pakenham Cemetery,
Thewlis Road, Pakenham.

l’ve only known Nicko for a couple of years now, but since coaching him in 2021 season, l found him a fun loving and caring person, but also helping others that were struggling. His performance as a footballer was incredible, always willing push himself and for the team. He was more determined when he broken his hand and wanted to stay on the field .Speaking to Nicko on a number of occasions l knew he wanted to take his football to another level, hopefully play AFL so l suggested a few options to seek, but unfortunately we won’t see that, but will remain with me, a player with a heart of gold. Now playing with the Heavenly Angels in the sky. Rest in Peace Nicko, from a Mate, a friend and a coach. Marky ❤❤

Dear maan family, I miss nick so much even though I wasn’t the closest but still had enough memories to feel as if he was a brother to me I’m heart broken but my way off viewing this is on god and he’s helped me during hard times like this. Iv been praying for your beautiful family and I know god will give you peace and comfort during this traumatic time for you guys, god bless Julio.
Nick was a best mate to me showed me nothing but loyalty and I made sure to show that back to him always had a way of making me smile he had the biggest heart and was all around just a good man I’ll miss him forever rip nick

Sending my heart felt condolences to all of Nick’s family and friends, we live not far from the family. Nick use to walk past our place most days and would always give us a wave when we were out the front of our house, with the most beautiful smile …we will miss these days now ..just so sad for this to have happened …R.I.P Nick , we will keep an eye of the rest of your beautiful family ❤️❤️
