A Funeral service for
Kate will be held at
David W Bull Pakenham Funeral Home,
190 Princes Highway, Pakenham on
Wednesday 31st May 2023
commencing at 1:30 p.m.
A private cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers,
a donation to the
Lost Dogs Home
would be preferred.

I’m so sorry for your loss and send our condolences. Kate was a huge part of our Saturdays at Bear essence. Kate will be missed by us all.

I will miss her very much, we have been friends since taking teddy bear classes at Berwick about 20 years ago.

Many years since we met at 16 at DRH Birmingham UK ! Many memories over the years! Our love to Neil and Andrea and families, also brother Philip.
The President, Committee and Members of the Combined Probus Club of Berwick are saddened to hear about the passing of our dear Member, Kate Smith. She will be sorely missed at our meetings and events. Our condolences go to all Kate’s family and friends.

We have lots of happy memories of Kate going back over the past fifty years. It was great to see her last April never dreaming it would be for the last time.

My deepest sympathies for the family. Kate will always be in such beautiful memories. Years sat around the table watching my mother and Kate sewing. Her quick wit and determination always made me smile, and the time she told the young chap off in the train for his incorrect pronunciation. The endless stories of her adventures always had me so inspired. Almost a nana to myself and a mother figure to my own mum. May you rest in peace Kate. You will be forever missed.
