Loved brother of Kath Fletcher and David Borch.
Fond Brother-in-law of John.
Loving uncle to all his nieces and nephews
Now at peace, after a courageous battle.

David W Bull Pakenham Funeral Home
190 Princes Highway Pakenham on
Friday 28th July 2023
commencing at 1:30 p.m.
A private cremation will follow.

Condolences for Jeff’s family.
Jeff will not be forgotten as he leaves his light with us all… as if the beginning and end of a person was only ever light. I will always be grateful.

l have fond memories of Jeff, his brother David and l riding our bikes around the Cheltenham area, where we grew up.
Jeff was always a very likeable, polite and humble person, and l extend my thoughts to Alan, David, Kath and family grieving at this time.

We will very much miss Jeff, our good friend and neighbour of 20 years. He fought long and hard. We offer our sincere sympathies to his Dad, sister, brother and extended family.

Condolences to Jeffs family, Jeff was our neighbour for four years and he loved visits and pats with the Olley dog. He battled long and hard with his health. No longer in pain rest in peace Mate, Regards Ned, Beverly & the Olley dog..

Condolences to Jeff’s family and friends. I just wanted to say what a gentle,caring,nice man he was. He was so strong, always smiling, even when the illness seemed endless. Glad your pain free, and hope you can look for gold again in heaven.
