Carmelo ‘Charlie’ Failla
Passed away peacefully
on 6th August 2023.
Aged 91 years.
Dearly loved husband of Vincenza.
Loving father of Sam, Nella,
Maria, Lee and Daniela (dec).
Fond father-in-law of Cenz, Paul and Kelly.
Adored grandfather of Matthew, Luke,
Daniela, Bethany, Esther, James and Stephanie.
Great grandfather of Dane, Taya, Emery,
Lincoln, Oceana and Sahara.
Close to our hearts you will always stay,
loved and remembered every day.
A Funeral service for Charlie
will be held in the Boyd Chapel at
Springvale Botanical Cemetery,
600 Princes Highway, Springvale
on Thursday 17th August 2023
commencing at 10:30 a.m.
A burial will follow within
The Maples Lawn area.
In lieu of flowers donations to
Dementia Australia
would be appreciated.

We love you and your family and are thinking of you all at this sad time. Praying for you much and we wish that we could make the funeral today but unfortunately we were unable to .. I’m sorry.
We have such fond memories of you and Charlie being one of our first neighbours when we moved to Mount Burnett. We know he is finally at home with the Lord Jesus and that we will see him again one day soon.
