Condolences / Guest Book

  1. Peter’s family,
Please accept my condolences, Peter was a very dear friend to me, and I missed him dearly when he decided to move away with you to Australia.
My heart goes out to all the family.
    Much love Alex.

  2. Dear Fran and Paul, what a lovely service you did for your dad Pete. That has to be the hardest job in the world to speak as you did. Take solace in the fact that he left his mark in the nicest possible way and will never be forgotten. RIP Pete ‘Gibbo’. Much love Dave Blundell & Family

  3. Your dad was very special to us and was a big part of Johns racing days . He became a close and dear friend whom we loved. He was part of our family. We have great memories of great times and will hold those close to our hearts forever. We will always remember PG as we called him as one of a kind. It is an honour to have been part of Petes life and most of all to have the friendship John and I had with him. Pete you are a legend and will be sorely missed by all those who knew you. Rest now and be at peace, we will always hold you close to our hearts, love you PG, John (Roachy)! Donna and family xxxxxxxx

  5. I knew Pete as a friendly motorbike racer riding a 250cc Ducati at Brands Hatch, Snetterton, Silverstone, etc. I was part of a small group including Steve Millard, Eric, Brian Arnold, Brian Pringle, Peter Arnold, Dave Chester and his pal John and of course Pete G that used to hang out together. I last saw Pete in the 70’s, shortly after he’d started his exhaust business at his small workshop in Noak Hill at which time he was living in Braintree. I learned that Steve M (who ran a travel business taking travellers to bike races in Europe and beyond) had died a couple of years ago. It happens to us all but Pete had lived a life and left a legacy of fast two-stroke exhausts all around the Uk and no doubt further afield. Bless him.
