Aged 87 years.

You were ours neighbours for years. Dad was the Principal when Nadine was at school and your darling mum Cath taught her at Lang Lang kindergarten. He loved his lawn bowls and was dearly loved and will be sadly missed. To Graeme, Jennifer and Mandy our thoughts are with you and your family xxx Phillip and Maxine.
Brian the many hours spent at the Lang Lang golf club showed your humor to us all a true gentleman

Dear Graeme, Jenny, Mandy and Brian’s dearest and loved family members I send my deepest condolences.
Your dad once said something to me that helped me immensely when my husband passed away, I dearly wish I could remember what he said exactly, in a roundabout way life is to be lived. Living in Oldbury street there are many memories of any of you going by, there was always a chat, a hi or how are you today, mum on her way past to the kinder, dad on his way to school, you as kids heading up the street then driving by eventually, all remembered fondly.

Fond memories of Mr (and Mrs) Vanina, I have always had great respect for them both; my sincere condolences to Graeme, Jenny, Mandy and your families. Brian was a true gentle man and a great friend to our family.
Deepest sympathy, from the Ridgway family from Cardinia. I personally had Mr Vanina from grade 3 to 6 (1967 – 1970) – he was the only “big room” teacher I ever had at Cardinia Primary School – always in a suit and tie. The last time we saw him was at a school reunion a few years back now – he spoke so adoringly of his beloved family and how much you meant to him. A life well lived. United at last with Mrs Vanina R.I.P.
