Condolences / Guest Book

  1. My dear:Louise, We have been miles apart in distance for so long, but you have never left my heart as a wonderful friend. Truely, my heart aches for what you are going through at the moment. I wish that I could turn back time for you. My absolute and sincere condolences to you and your family. There are not words in the dictionary to express the depth of my sadness for you. I was always a bit of a loner, and was surprised that you wanted to be my friend. I think that you were the first person who ever wanted to be my friend, and it surprised me that people wanted to be friends. I loved our Friday nights with Simon and your Mum, playing cards. I remember a Saturday morning, when your children, including Sarah said, “Mum, why is Gail lying on the couch”? Well, we know the answer … Gail had a bit too much to drink to drive home. Please Louise, across the miles, I am here for you. Your loving, friend, Gail.

  2. I can think of nobody better to dedicate the following:

    Love Beyond Comprehension

When I look out into the heavens
    Across the stars at night
I see a beauty beyond comprehension
    I see ribbons of delight.

    I look beyond the horizon
    Into the sky above
I feel a force dwelling within me
    An overpowering Love

    It is reason without comprehension
It is a force I would willingly share.
    A feeling of total contentment
Just to know that you are there.

You are the first thought that greets me each morning
Yours is the last face I see at night
The thought of you gets me through the day
And fulfils my dreams at night

I would do anything to keep this friendship
Because I care about you beyond all words
To be with you means a lot to me
I will be a friend to the end of the earth.

And so my friend we continue
Down these unsure times in our life
And together we will look for answers
    Across the starry night

    Andrew Saunders

  7. Sarah,

You brought so much joy and warmth into my life for so many years. Our international DnD sessions were legendary and so much fun. You brought love, humour, and compassion into everything we did together and without you I’d have never finished writing my novel. Thank you for everything, including all the lollipops.

My condolences to your family and friends and I hope Monday is filled with happy memories of the wonderful person you were.

  10. Thank you for gifting Sarah to the community at Lakeside College. Although we only knew her for a short time, she made an incredible contribution to the learning of her students and we loved working with her.
Our shared prep lesson was a highlight of my week as she revealed herself to be so wise, hilarious and insightful. I learnt so much about life from her. I felt my kids would have been her tribe too.
I will forever be grateful for her taking on my year 10s, rescuing me at a challenging time. They bonded with her so quickly and truly enjoyed her enthusiasm and creative approach.
She spoke so much about her beloved family and adored planning her adventures with her nieces and nephews.
My heart breaks for you all and I send you my sincere condolences.
Such a special lady taken way too soon.
