Passed away peacefully at Arcare, Clyde
on 21st June 2026. Aged 80 years.
Dearly beloved husband of Suzanne.
Loving father of Sarah, Rachel and Rick.
Father-in-law of Nick, Troy and Kelly.
Gramps of Stephanie, Jessica, Matthew,
Max, Bonnie, Olivia, Molly and PJ.
Always so loving, thoughtful and kind, 
what beautiful memories you leave behind.

A Funeral Service for
Martin Petty will be held
in the Cirrus Chapel at

Bunurong Memorial Park
790 Frankston Dandenong Road,
Dandenong South on
Tuesday 30th June 2026

commencing at 2.00 p.m.
A private cremation will follow.

  1. Dear Sue and family,

    We are so sorry for your loss, and we are thinking of you all at this sad time.

    It’s been a long time since I have seen you all, but I have very fond memories of Martin and you all. I know my Mum and Dad thought of you as dear friends and Dad (Brian) sends his condolences and was very sad to hear the news.

    Please take care and look after each other and know that you are all in our thoughts.

    I was so saddened to hear of uncle Martin’s passing.

    Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

    Although it’s been a long time since we’ve seen each other, I wanted you all to know that I’ve been thinking of you.

    I can’t imagine how difficult this time must be, and I hope you’re able to find comfort in the love and support of family and friends, and in the many happy memories you shared with him.

    My thoughts are with you all, and I look forward to seeing you at the funeral so I can give you each a hug in person.

    I am so grateful to have been able to call Uncle Martin my uncle, the love he showed our family will remain with me forever.
    I know Mum and Dad will remember Uncle Martin with such beautiful memories, a true friend to them.He will always be in our hearts.
