Passed away peacefully at home
with family by his side on August 23rd 2017.
Aged 75 years.
Beloved husband of Pam, loving father of 7 children,
respected father-in-law and cherished grandpa
and grumps of 17 grandchildren.
Now you are peacefully sleeping away from all your pain,
but the love in our hearts will always remain.

A Celebration of the Life for Per Hermansen
will be held at St Mark’s Anglican Church
1-3 Church Street Emerald on
Monday August 28th 2017 commencing at 10:30 a.m.
A Private Cremation will follow.
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to
Fernlea House or St. Mark’s Anglican Church.
Envelopes will be available at the Church.
