AMANDA NICHOLSON (Hamilton)
10/02/1961 – 21/12/2017.
On Thursday 21st of December you took your last breathe
but you were surrounded by love.
You are adored and cherished by your
daughters, husband, brothers and Aunty.
We worshipped the ground you walked on.
You are a brave, strong, inspiring courageous lady and
you will never be forgotten but honoured for the stunning beauty you are.
Rest in peace, as we know you will always watch over us.

Rest Now Beautiful Lady….. You fought so hard to the very end, with such Courage and determination… Free from Pain…. Spread youre wings and fly high forever in tge hearts of family and friends….

Dear Momma,
I cannot express how much I love you my mum, all I could do was walk with you and support you & Richard through your toughest journey ever and I have the pleasure in being able to call you my Momma.
My heart is broken and I hunger to hear those words “I love you Chan” and “you’re not to big to jump into my bed”.
I will miss our special dance “come on Momma time to dance” and i will forever remember it because it helped you.
Last night I watched you take your last sip of fresh air and cross over to be with your beloved caring gorgeous Grandparents who raised you and they did a brilliant job.
You fought a battle beyond belief and I am proud of you and especially Richard. It was a courageous intense battle but you did it without complaining but now you can rest.
You will forever be Richard’s Big M Girl in the blue & white striped bikini, he still remembers that add from the 70’s that you starred in but he will forever be your husband who adored you until the end and worshipped the ground you walked.
Momma you are a stunning, strong, courageous and independent lady.
I will always remember you that way and so will my beautiful boys who loved spending time with you.
You were many things to us, a Mum, a Wife, a Sister, a Nana and most importantly an inspiration.
You drove Trucks from small ones up to Road Trains interstate and then to become a Nurse but most importantly you were my mum.
You should of had another 30yrs to go and it pains me that i will never get to see you grow old with Richard.
As they say:
“Only the good die young”.
You will forever be my momma and my sons Nana.

I only knew you for a short time while we worked together at Lyrebird Village but you truly were a beautiful lady, so happy, bubbly, kind and loving! I loved your stories of driving the truck.. and you always spoke of your daughters.. you were beyond proud of them.. condolences to your family.. xxx
