So sad to hear the news that Wog has passed away. We always had a great laugh and some greater times in our teens and early twenties. There was a good group of us that knocked around together in those years and even though I moved away to Townsville I’ve never forgotten those days. It sounds like you remained the same all these years later too, giving everyone a good laugh and caring for family and friends. Unfortunately I won’t be able to make it to your “send off” but I will definitely crack a tinny for you at 2:00 pm on Oct 5. Goodbye my old friend and may you rest in peace. Love, Jinx.
