My Dear Uncle, l finally found your farewell. l just want you to know that you played a big part of my childhood. l respect that you were always kind, caring, funny and welcoming. You were a safe place in my life and always had open arms and a smile. I’m sorry, so so sorry that l never got to say goodbye. I’m going to see your smile again, just like Dads. l often think of the flats we both once lived in and the last place l saw you.
