I’m so sorry my little rat bag has gone, my dad and Barney were great mates years ago. It was great to see him at the last Heinz reunion, love Maxine
I was saddened to hear if your passing Barney. What a ripping bloke you were. A true larrikin in the true sense of the word. When ever we passed by at Heinz we often had a chat and a good chuckle. You were always good for a chat. You were a funny bastard. When ever you shook my hand, you almost crushed it. Your arm strength always amazed me. Above all, I found you to be a true gentleman. A bloody ripping blokd..
Rest in Peace my friend.
Enjoyed many, many years of working with Barney at H.J.Heinz at Dandenong in the Field Services Department and later when he did the gardening around the plant. He had a wicked sense of humor and a grip like a vice. A great friend and will be in my memories always.
