To Robyn and family our deepest sympathy at the loss of Bernie.Bernie was a friend from cricketing days where we shared lots of fun ,both on and off the field.
He was a positive person who gave so much to his family and friends and will be sadly missed.
Our thoughts are with you.

Unfortunately I won’t be able to make that day but my thoughts and prayers will be with you Bernie, Robyn and family.
You will be so terribly missed Bern. I will miss that smile that was always on your face every time I saw you. Thank you for being part of this life on earth as you made a big impact to a hell of a lot of people. See you in heaven one day❤️

Although we are many thousands of miles and several seas away we are very much and thinking of Robyn, Paul, Shaun, and Courtney and also of the all the Dandenong boys and their families.
Good on Bernie for going out to get the most of life; right through a long, tough illness.
The cheeky kid down the Dande Market on the dragster, the incorrigible bloke in whites at the bar, the surfer behind the wheel of the 186 white panel van, the mechanic with the frank advice that was always willing to help and the completely dedicated husband and father were just some of the parts of a very unique Bernie delivery that we admired and respected.
Bernie’s frank, positive and often very humorous take on life is something we need to carry with us.
with love Wayne and Gretta.
We played every October at a tournament at Tambo Valley Golf Club and we were always looking forward to catch up
with Bernie again. He will be sadly missed by us. Jeff Costin and Vince Beekman(Timboon Golf Club)
Sadly, we were not able to make the funeral. We heard Bernie has a great send off!! All our love to Robyn and family on the passing of the great man. He was always ready with a laugh and and a clever line. He was a kind and generous bloke with a great sense of fun. Thanks for everything Bernie. We are really going to miss you. xx Michelle, Damian (Butch) and family.
