Betty was always so kind to myself and my sisters when we hanging around the front office, awaiting Mum. I had the thrill of my teenage life when I found multiple bills blowing around the oval one day and handed them in to Betty, who returned them to me a week later when they remained unclaimed. I was fortunate enough to see Betty several years ago when she visited Mum. I always thought she had a lovely laugh. May she rest peacefully in peace, and may the family find comfort in your memories of her.
Rest peacefully Betty. Lots of great memories of your friendship and support of me in those early years of my teaching at KWR. Later we would catch up with phone calls and visits. Usually Bev would bring you and we would have lunch and catch up on all of each other’s news with lots of laughs and talking!!!! Sincere sympathy to Karen, Geoff, Rhonda and Jan. We have not caught up for a while but I am thinking of you all and your families and send my love to you all.
Take care, Gayle
Rest In Peace Betty. My friend.
I was so sorry to hear that Betty has passed away. I really enjoyed working with her at KHS in the office, then catching up with her either in person, or on the phone since then. Thinking of you all at this really sad time, love Bev Milner xxx.
Vale Betty. Heartfelt condolences for all the family. Memories of lovely Christmas lunches with Betty. She was a very loving grandma. My love to all.
