A Funeral service to celebrate the life of Neil Harold Roy (Bumper) Bumpstead will be held at the Victorian Police Academy Chapel, 1 View mount Road Glen Waverley on Wednesday (Sept. 30, 2015)
commencing at 12.00 noon. A Private cremation will be held.

In lieu of flowers donations would be preferred to Peninsula Home Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the service.

Attendees should arrive early to avoid traffic congestion;
Enter the Police Academy (1 View mount Road, Glen Waverley)
via the Main gate (Gate A);
Identification will be required (drivers licence) and verbal confirmation that the driver/passengers are attending the funeral of Mr Bumpstead;
Attendees will be directed where to park by security personnel present;
Attendees will not be permitted to tour the police academy and will be restricted to the main building (which is where the chapel is)
