Passed away peacefully
on Monday 13th July 2026.
Aged 77 years.
Dearly beloved husband of Margaret.
Loving father of Simon and Meagan.
Fond father-in-law of Ben.
Adored Poppy of Lillie and Ember.
Dearest brother of Lynette, Allan,
Gloria, Geoff, Doug and Ian. 

A Funeral Service for
David Sheridan will be held at
David W Bull Pakenham Funeral Home,
190 Princes Highway, Pakenham
on Monday 20th July 2026
commencing at 1.30 p.m.
A private cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers,
donations to the
Starlight Foundation or
Royal Children’s Hospital
would be greatly appreciated.

  3. It is with the heaviest of heart that I say goodbye to a man who I was privileged to call my uncle.
    David was truly a one in 1 million person, always there with a smile on his face ready to help no matter the problem no matter the need no matter the situation David and Margaret as a team were dynamic. Full of love and guidance and sometimes they were Mum and Dad to lots of adolescent people.
    When I was in Melbourne, there was no problem to pick me up from the airport running me around town. Make sure the babysit was secure in the back for my firstborn. He always set examples to never take anything for granted as life moves on and we drift apart. People will stay in our hearts forever..

  4. To. Margaret and family, Sending our condolences to you all, on the passing of Dave. He was a regular at our Thursday night carpet bowls. Dave and his sense of humour and dry wit, will be sadly missed by us all.

  6. A moving and worthy service for Uncle Dave.

    Well done Simon and Meagan for the courage and grace you delivered for your Dad. I witnessed the joy and love your Dad & Mum had for you.

    I worked a summer holidays rubber lining at BHP Hastings and in the factory. Uncle Dave had no reason for giving me work, but he did.

    Aunty Marg, decades of fun, adventure and love. A new difficult time ahead of you. Your spirit and family will get you though.
