I am sad she has left us too soon. May she rest in peace.

Andreas this may be too late to reach you but I will always remember enjoying my visits with Denise at the wine bar. I will miss Denise quite a lot because she was a friend during a period of my life when I needed one. She was so kind and great company.
Thanks Gail. We both considered you as a special friend of us and the wine bar.
I’ll never forget that time l walk in one night to get a pizza and the expression on your face was gold as it looked like l was last person you expected to see walk in as we didn’t see each other that often
It was fantastic to finally catch up with you that night and you got me to promise that l would drop in more often when l was down at Gippsland but then came Covid and isolations
I was so impressed today to get some insight today to the life you had lived with Andreas and his kids and the love they gave you after so much pain you had gone through
Condolences Andreas and your children
RIP Aunty Nise
We have recently moved to Loch and met both Denise and Andreas.
Denise welcomed us at her venue, sat at our table having a red wine and expressed her sadness in her ability to continue with her struggles.
A special memory moving to Loch.
We’ll be in to see you Andreas when things settle for you.
Take care! Tina And Ben

Steve and I wish to send our condolences to Andreas and family and friends with the passing of our dear friend Denise .
Denise , Steve and I initially formed a friendship when she worked at Vawdrey Truck Bodies and we had out business Ritesafe Safety .
Once she left Vawdrey we kept in touch and also followed her dream of opening the wine bar in Loch .
Once this happened and she had the opening we were so proud of her and Andreas.
we caught up regularly at the wine bar and i was forever inviting friends to come and eat at the wine bar and so I could introduce her to my friends.
I wasn’t able to attend her service but watched it on live stream and i’m sure she would have been so happy with what was done to send her off today .
Good bye Sweet Denise and hope to see you again once time in the future
Love Tracey & Steve Waters .xx
Thanks Tracey, yes there were many fun times with you, I look forward to having a chat
My sincere condolences.
I worked with Denise at Ted’s and she was a beautiful soul, who will be sadly missed.
It was a lovely service and she would be so proud of you all for your strength at this incredibly sad time.
May she rest peacefully ❤️
Thanks Kim

Thanks Steve, good to see you yesterday
My sincerest condolences to Andreas and family.
I used to call Denise every week for her cheese order for the Wine Bar.
When Covid hit, the calls didn’t stop and lets face it, there were weeks when she didn’t need an order but that didn’t stop us from having a chat. I’d call and she’d tell me off for calling her when she was having a coffee, having lunch, reading a book, going for a walk. She just liked telling me off and having a joke with me.
I’d say bad luck and ask her how she was going. It was Covid and she’d not hesitate in telling me it was crap!!! But, I could tell she’d still be smiling. She’d still trying to brighten someone’s day or help them. She’d say, maybe pop in a couple of portions of Blue cheese for Andreas, that’s his favourite. She was such a sweet lady and her kindness was always evident. I am so very grateful I got to meet her in person only a few weeks ago after talking for over 3 years.
Denise, I will miss our weekly chats.
Rest In Peace you beautiful soul.
Robyn x
Thanks Robyn, really nice story, and now you’ll have to hassle me ….
Andreas sending our condolences to you on the loss of Denise. She was a very bubbly person always on for a chat whether it was when I came with Mark to deliver the wood for your pizza oven or when we came into the wine bar for dinner. She’d often pull up a chair and have a chat to us.
Thinking of you at this time. Caz & Mark McPherson
