After a tough battle.
Aged 83 years.
Loving wife of Alan (dec), loved mother,
grandmother and great grandmother.
A Funeral Service for
Heather will be held at
St John’s Anglican Church,
6 Main Street, Nar Nar Goon on
Tuesday 4th March 2025
commencing at 11.00 a.m.
A burial will follow at the
Pakenham Cemetery,
Thewlis Road, Pakenham.

Our thoughts and sympathy are with the Chatfield family at this sad time. Heather was a great supporter of the Cardinia Civic Concert Band over many years, attending many many gigs with Alan and we appreciate all she did. R.I.P.
Both Alan and Heather were valued members of the Probus Club of Pakenham East. After Alan’s passing, Heather continued being part of the club and is remembered for her lovely smile and friendliness. Sincere sympathy to all the family. Rest in peace Heather. You will be deeply missed but remembered with great fondness.

We would like to offer our sincere condolences to Heather’s family and friends on her passing. Unfortunately, Joy isn’t well enough to attend the funeral tomorrow, but we will be there in spirit watching the live feed.
