  3. It is with great sorrow we learn of Harry’s passing. Harry will always hold a special place in all of our hearts.
Harry was more than just a workmate; He brightened up all of our days at Metlabs, he had an infectious smile, a wicked sense of humour and an unwavering kindness which was evident to anyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Though he may no longer be with us in person, his spirit will forever live on in our fond memories and in the lasting impact that he made on each of our lives.
We, Harry’s old Metlab band of brothers, would like to send our heartfelt sympathies to
Harry’s wife Anna and their family at this most difficult of times.

    Robert, Rainer, Patrick, & Gordon.
  4. Harry Van Galen, you had a tough but gentle soul, your love for your wife Anna was immeasurable you gave her the world from within your heart also your love for family & friends sometimes came with a bit of tough love, but that toughness was full of care & compassion, your love of nature & your ability to make strange pieces of wood come to life was beautiful to see, life did not treat you fairly in the end but you are now at peace with internal nature of life, for those that are left behind they are better for having you in their life, thoughts are with the Van Galen Family fly high

  5. Hallo Ans.

  8. Dear Ans and family, ttendees. What a lovely service you all put together. I have only known you lovely people for a bit. from when we visited you in Tassie, parking at the wrong side of the road…remember? We had a grand lunch. and some laughs.
We brought gifts from your friend Hannie and her family, from whom I heard of Harry’s passing.
I feel I now know Harry more, by the memories you all shared with us. And I am sure he lives on in you all, his loved ones.
Thank you so much for sharing these thoughts. Two kind, loving hearts, with such sweet people around you. I can really say I loved you dearly since we met, and still do.
May our roads cross again not to far from now, Ans. we will have a garnering, maybe with Hannie, too. So glad the two of you are connected, besties from school in Holland.
Love Cisca and Martin, my hubby.
