Jacqueline Anne Christie (nee Fraser)
Passed away peacefully at the Warragul Hospital,
surrounded by family on Friday 6th March 2026.
Born to Edward (Ted) Fraser (dec.) & Mildred (Millie) Fraser (dec.)
on 4th January 1959 and sister of David Fraser (dec.)
Loving wife of Ian Christie,
cherished mother of Jessica, Allison, Laura and Rebecca,
adored mother-in-law to Nathan, Wilson, and Dom,
loved Aunty to Kelly and sister-in-law to Kim
& fiercely loved Nanny to Jayden, Amelia, Spencer,
Douglas, Savannah, Austin and Baby P.
“If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever”
In true Jackie form, she didn’t want a funeral.
Mum never loved being in the spotlight.
Instead, we would like you to join us for an
informal celebration of her life at the Railway Hotel,
Pakenham, on Sunday 22nd March from 1pm to 4pm
light refreshments provided. There will be short speech at 2pm.

Deepest and sincere condolences to the family. Jac was always a pleasure to bump into with her great smile. Loved working alongside her when she was secretary and I was president of Pakenham Netball Club (so many years ago). Tragic loss of an adoring nanny and mum – leaving a huge hole in your hearts. send our Condolence to your family. Jackie was an amazing crossing lady that help myself and my beautiful boys after my husband passed away 6 years ago but also helped him a few times when his wheelchair stopped working on her crossing was so sad to hear of her passing.

Very sorry to hear of Jackie’s passing. She was always a bright light and full of energy. We both worked as crossing supervisors & Jackie was the year above me at High School. So very sad to be reading about the passing of Jackie. I met Jackie at playgroup some 30 years ago. Jackie had the most kindest and caring heart and a beautiful friendly smile. Thinking of the Christie family at this difficult time
