Monday October 29th 2018 commencing at 2:00 p.m.
My name is David Walker and my Aunt Jean was the sister of my Dad Keith Walker.
I grew up in Canada and although Aunt Jean lived far away she often sent me and my brother Peter thoughtful little gifts and souvenirs from Australia. We eagerly awaited her packages and letters.
In the early 1970s when I was 10 I got to meet her and Tom and I remember their interesting house, ospitality and stories they shared with us about growing up with my dad.
Great memories. We will all miss her.

I am Keith Walker the brother of Jean and I am living in Ottawa Canada. Jean was ten years older than me and as an elder sister she would look after me as her little brother. I can remember her often giving me my bath. My family, wife Joyce and sons Peter and David visited Jean and husband Tom after their marriage and I made many visits to Jean later when she lived in Warragul. I look back on our life together she was always my Older sister and gave me special attention. Even though I knew her long life was close to ending it was a shock to me when when it happened but I have many fond memories.

Aunt Jean, sister to my father Keith Walker, and Tom warmly welcomed us during our visit to Australia when I was a boy and later she welcomed my wife and I to her home after we were married.
She always remembered us and our children Alison & Curtis on birthdays and Christmas with cards, calendars, and tea towels featuring Australian wildlife and places so we would better know our Australian roots.
Although we were saddened by the news, we will always warmly remember her.
