Passed away suddenly at Casey Hospital.
Beloved husband of Carol,
much loved son of
Eileen and Herbert (Bert) (Both dec),

loving brother of Lachlan (Dec).
Loving father and father in law of Sue and Brendan.
Loved Pa of Luke and Megan.
Loved  great granpa of Olivia.
Adored dad to Simba, Ivy, Tiger, Millie, Rocket and Rosie.

A service to celebrate
John’s life will take place at

David W. Bull Funeral Home,
190 Princes Highway, Pakenham

on Wednesday 19th April, 2023
commencing at 10:30 a.m.

A private cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers
a donation can be made
in memory of John to the
RSPCA Pearcedale, Victoria.
Donation envelopes will be available on the day.

    I worked with John at National Mapping for 20 years and remember John as one of the true gentleman that always was kind, helpful and respectful.

  2. John (JE) was a valued friend and colleague, always unflustered despite the pressure of maintaining electronic equipment in the field. Very skilled as the leader of Natmaps team designing and building airborne Laser Airborne Proflle Recorder . Good company and he never fell off his barstool !

  5. Sincere condolences to Carol and family. I am so sorry John didn’t get to enjoy his later years.
    John and I met in 1956 as students at the Melbourne Tech. and were associated for the following 4 years there. He next appeared on my horizon in 1965 having joined Natmap the year I left. He was teamed with my brother Ed and they became good friends, so I was able to continue a loose association even though I moved to NZ. A really great guy. Good humour. Good company. A very great loss.
