Words can’t ease the pain in such circumstances, but I’ll remember him as a good bloke, a fair and decent man, and a well respected Cadets officer.
His legacy will live on through the many young lives he helped guide their direction in life.
Sending my condolences too everyone in this sad time, Ken (Nev) as I was a Cadet in Dandenong Base, he was a beautiful man and always had a smile, and I am sadly hurt inside too see another beautiful person leave us, and all can think is he was needed up in the Heavens, and not a day will ever go by that Ken won’t show you his around.

Our thoughts are with u all today – Reena, Lee, Rob and your beautiful families.. Sorry we cannot be there.
He touched my heart and countless like me through his amazing volunteer work with cadets. He shaped us boys into men and I am forever grateful for his lessons during my own formative years. My heart aches for his kids and his family.
