we have many happy memories of Kevin at Maldon with his involvement with St Brigids and the golf club.

What wonderful memories I have of our times all together in Maldon over the years. Sadly, I’m unable to attend the funeral as I’m overseas with my girls, Claire and Kate until the beginning of March. I still have a few childhood memories of staying with uncle Kev, aunty Jan, Joe, Ben and Bridie in Oakleigh, when I was very young. I think Bridi was in a cot if my memory serves

So very sorry I was unable to be there today to celebrate the life of Uncle Kev. I will miss our talks about politics in particular where we were usually in furious agreement. Uncle Kev remains a beacon to me proving that you can still be engaged and passionate about things which are important no matter how old you are.
