Leonard George Ure
(17 Jan 28 – 25 Apr 23)
Beloved son of Dave (dec) and Jessie (dec)
and brother to David (dec).
Dearest uncle to James, David, Anne,
Geraldine, Michael and Andrew and their families.
Passed away peacefully after a long and productive life.
Devoted to his local community and football club,
and known widely as Uncle Specs to his friends and acquaintances.
Thanks to staff at Clarendon Grange Care Home in Bayswater
for care and support over the last part of his journey.
Rest In Peace.
A Funeral Service for

will be held at the
Gembrook Uniting Church,
Ure Road, Gembrook on
Thursday 4th May 2023
commencing at 10:30 a.m.
A burial will follow at the
Gembrook Cemetery,
Blackwood Lane, Gembrook.

I have great memories of Len back in the fifties and sixties when he give his time to all us young locals in Gembrook
