Aged 85 years.
Dearly loved husband of Barbara (dec).
Beloved father of Jenny and Kevin, Paul and Tereza,
Darren and Kim, Anthony. Cherished Pa of James and Amanda, Samantha,
Jaime, Vivien, Barbara, Henry, Drew and Leon. Adored Great Pa of Kaylah.
A heartfelt thank you to all the doctors and nursing staff at
ward D palliative care unit, Casey hospital for their devotion and care shown to dad.

A Funeral Service for Jim Lewis will be held at
David W Bull Funeral Home, 190 Princes Hwy Pakenham
on Monday (Feb. 8, 2016) commencing at 11.00am.
A no attendance cremation will be held.
