  10. In Loving Memory of our dear friend, Lin
Some friendships become so much more than friendship – they
become family. And that is what Lin, and of course Doug, have
always been to the McArtney and Spyrou families.
We shared so many wonderful times together over the years –
so much laughter, so many stories, and simply the genuine
delight of being in each other’s company. Those memories are
woven through our lives, and we will treasure them always.
Lin, while it is incredibly hard to say goodbye, we like to think
there was quite a welcoming committee waiting for you at the
pearly gates. Doug, your beloved husband, and our Max, no
doubt ready with open arms, a smile and perhaps a story or two
    – reunited once again.
Thank you for the friendship, the laughter, the love and all the
    beautiful memories.
We love you, Lin, and we will miss you every day. You will
forever hold a very special place in our hearts.
    With all our love,
Gaye, Lee, Stuart and family xxx
