Condolences / Guest Book

  1. My deepest and most heartfelt condolences to Marg, Trudi, Lindsay and Corrine, also to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren, my thoughts are with you.
Uncle Marty, as he’s been known to me from when I was a wee baby, being a great support to my dad when he was sick, allowing him to help when he could on the farm, sending my dad home full as a goog and loosing his teeth, driving my wedding car, Aunty Marg decorating my wedding cake, cabbages in Nar Nar Goon and then with Lindsay on his market garden.
Thank you for the many wonderful and happy memories that I have treasured and will treasure for a very long time.

    RIP Uncle Mart

  3. We remember you fondly, Marty. Although we had never met you before, you were our first visitor when we moved to Bessie Creek Road, which was much appreciated, and you returned several times with our mutual friend, the late Neil Corrigan. It was such a pleasure to be your friend. We know you will be enjoying life on the big farm in the sky. All our sympathy to Margaret and family.

  4. Our mate “The Old Boy” will be sorely missed. Thankyou for being such a wonderful friend and neighbour.
You were central to keeping our little community in touch with each other and always there to lend a helping hand when it was needed.
Sending Love and sympathy to Marg, Trudi, Lindsay, Corinne and all the grandkids.

Jeni, Nathan, Nick and Tim White
  5. We are both saddened by the loss of our very special friend. Marty took us under his wing and looked after us from the day we arrived in Bessie Creek Road in 1984. We continued to keep in touch after we moved to Castlemaine in 2011 and we will miss our phone calls.

Our love and sympathy is with Margaret and their family.
