Dearly loved husband of Josie.
loving father and father-in-law of Rosa and Larry,

Loved Nonno of Stephanie,
Travis and Shannon, Dylan and Taya.
A gentle nature, a heart of gold,

Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul
of Mr Salvatore (Sam) Mazzarella
will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church
142 Princes Highway, Pakenham
(enter via O’Shannessy Street)
on Friday 26th February 2016
commencing at 11:15am.
At the conclusion of Mass a burial
will follow at the Gembrook Cemetery,
Blackwood Lane Gembrook.
Rosary will be recited PRIOR TO MASS
commencing at 10:45am
In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer’s Australia
would be appreciated.
