Dad passed away quietly at home following a brave
and dignified battle with illness. You were taken away before
we could say goodbye but now it is time for you to rest.

A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Mark Anthony Pettit
will be held at Springvale Botanical Cemetery,
600 Princes Hwy Springvale on Tuesday
February 9, 2016 commencing at 1.15 p.m. in the Wilson chapel.

In lieu of flowers a donation the
Kidney Foundation would be preferred.
