Peter and I are so sad to hear of Phil’s passing. When we moved into Blue Hills he and Marchelle became great friends and we know he was well loved within the village, may he now rest in peace.

My uncle Phil was always such bright light when I was a youngster, we had Elvis on tv, Neil diamond on records along with Johnny cash, lemonade and cake, as much as we could scoff, later he gave me my first real job as an apprentice motor mechanic.. treaty me with dignity as he guided me .. nothing was too much trouble . I have so many good memories of him, a good good man, with a big heart.. it was a privilege to have known him .. goodbye Phil..
