  4. Rick, was my uncle. From the first time I met him as a small child he treated me just that little bit different. I really appreciated the interest he showed in me. He made me feel a bit proud of myself in a funny little way. I really enjoyed seeing him at family gatherings. He was a good man.

    RIP Uncle Rick

It’s very hard to believe how many of us, who grew up together in Wonthaggi, are the age we are By all accounts, you and Rick lived a loving adventurous life together, shared with the rest of us, through your Facebook posts and it was fabulous to read & see. Send hugs & lots of love ❤️ X thinking of you from WA, Denise

  14. On the behalf of the stone family , I would like to send our deepest condolences to Julie and the family in this dark sad time. I do remember the days we would come and stay over on a Sunday evening while mum worked, or when Rick would pick us kids up in Julie’s absence and before our bums could hit the seats he would ask ‘how was school? Learn anything new?’ He was always the first to make the funny jokes and keep us kids laughing.
You will be sadly missed Rick, may you rest peacefully
    Xxxx
