Passed away peacefully
on Feb. 10, 2016, aged 71 years

Adored husband to Tina.
Loved Dad of Samantha and Kylie
and the best ‘Poppy Des’ to Baxter, Cooper, Ebony,
Daniel, Maddi, Jack and Gemma.
Loved son of Peter and Beryl (both dec. ),
loved brother and uncle.

My life will never be the same now you’ve gone
and there will always be a special place in my heart.
Your loving wife Tina.

To my dearest sweetest Daddy.
You were the best Dad in the world, so kind and gentle.
I cannot put into words how devastated and sad Tony and I are.
You were so strong and brave. Love you to the moon and back.
Miss you so much. We will look after Mum and Kylie for you.

He fought a good fight for as long as he could
and will be sadly missed.

Respected son-in-law of Anna and Petrus van Hamond (both dec. ),
fond brother-in-law of Harry (dec. ), Mary, Tony (dec. ), Betsie,
Thea and Peter. Much loved and respected brother-in-law of
Betsie and David. Loved Uncle Des of Melissa (Mary) and
Tony and great uncle of Louise, Tom and Annabelle; Ben and Thomas. Loved uncle of Morelle and Ed, and great uncle of Will and Pete.
You fought the good fight and are now at peace after such a brave battle. We have many special memories and we know “It’s family”.
We’ll keep an eye out for your girls. Sadly missed.

A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Mr Des Ryan will be
held at David W. Bull Funeral Home, 190 Princes Hwy,
Pakenham on WEDNESDAY (Feb. 17, 2016) at 1.30 p. m.
A private cremation will be held.
