I was fortunate enough to umpire games he played in both in West Gippsland & Eastern Districts football leagues. A star who played it fair.

  4. The members of Mulgrave Football Club send their condolences to Tom’s family and all that were close to him.

    Tom left a huge mark on Mulgrave as a star player, a senior best-and-fairest winner and a life member of the club.

    Tom was a huge figure on the field and made just as big an impact off the field as a coach, committee member and much-loved friend to all at the club.

    Thanks for your friendship and enormous contribution, Tom. Rest In Peace.

  8. Tom, I will remember you as a champion of gentleness and kindness, with a bright streak of intellect, and with the good nature of a cheeky boy. I will remember you as a proud father, a gentlemen, and a reminder that we all face difficulties in our lives, but it is our character that defines us in the end. Your character was such that kids loved you, adults found comfort with you, and we all so loved to see that twinkle in your eye. I will miss you.
