does not affect or change the David W Bull Family Funeral Home fee. 

• Transport of your loved one to our Funeral Home
  (Within 60kms of Pakenham, Drouin, Cranbourne)
  
• Respectful care of your loved one at all times
• Trained staff to make arrangements at our Offices or online
• Liaise with the Crematorium to arrange for the cremation
• Cremation Fee paid to crematorium
• Procurement of necessary Medical Certificate from the Doctor or Hospital
• Liaise with the Melbourne Coroners Court if required
• Arranging for an additional cremation form to be
  signed by a licenced practitioner
• Coffin as required by Department of Health, Victoria
• Completion of registration with Births, Deaths and Marriages Office
• The informant will receive one full death certificate
• Notification will be sent to Centrelink and Medicare
• Help with claim for Funeral costs with the Transport Accident commission.
• Help with claims for most Funeral Insurances
• Lifetime Online Memorial page with Photos/Family notices/
  Service details/Condolences
• Hearse/Vehicle and necessary staff for transport to the crematorium
• Collection and care of ashes pending collection
