Dear David Bull Funeral Directors, I wanted to say thank you for all the arrangements and facilitation of Ray Kennebury’s funeral on the 6 November.
I am the youngest daughter of Ray and I live in Queensland and although I was not involved in arrangements, preparation and facilitation of the day, I appreciated all that you have done.
Your picking up of Dad on the night he passed, sourcing the Minister and all activities on the day of the funeral itself were handled seamlessly.  Ray (Dad) had prepaid both he and Mums funeral and was comfortable in doing so, as you had also arranged Vel Kennebury’s funeral back in 2016, I believe that certainly made it easy to deliver on his wishes.  I appreciated the ease my sisters had  in dealing with you.
Your excellent reputation I have known since I lived in Pakenham back in 1982 and it is a credit to you all.
The day of the funeral was handled with compassion, dignity and caring.  I did not want to view the body but did want to see the coffin before the service. I was able to do that even though I had not expressed my wish prior to the day.
It was great to see condolences online on your website from afar, and today I watched the service back through the video.
Thank you so much for all you did for Ray Kennebury’s funeral it was greatly appreciated.

Just a huge thank you for organising Mum’s funeral. It was absolutely beautiful and went off without a hitch, except a little over time in the service, but it is very hard to fit 98 years into 45 minutes.
Melissa and Jamie you were so easy to work with. Your professionalism and compassion were so much appreciated by the family, thank you both so much.
Everybody raved about the service and the food so your recommendations were again appreciated.
