Hi Melissa,
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you & the girls in the office and the guys who guided us yesterday at my Pas service.
You all did such a great job yesterday with my dearly beloved Pa & you did a wonderful job just over a year ago with my Nan. I honestly can’t thank you enough from myself & on behalf of my entire family.
My Nan & Pa were the most amazing special people in our lives & loosing them is one of the hardest things myself and my family have ever had to face, but you & your team were so kind & helpful & you all made it possible for us to give them both beautiful send offs that we know they both would be very proud of.
Thank you for all of your patients, compassion, care & understanding. You have all been so helpful & we really appreciate everything you did to make it possible for us to give my Nan & Pa such beautiful send offs.
So again from myself & on behalf of my family, Thank you…  You’ve all been amazing and I appreciate it more than I can convey in words.

To the Staff of Bull’s Funeral Directors at Pakenham a big THANKYOU to you all for the excellent way everything was handled for my Mother’s funeral last Monday, 6th June at St Thomas’s Anglican Church, Upper Ferntree Gully. Flowers were beautiful and just right. My father received the lovely Memory Book last week and it will be a great keepsake for the Family to treasure. I would have no trouble in recommending your services which certainly eased a sad burden in our time of grief.  Barbara Naughton
