Hi Tony.
I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the team for taking care of my Dad. He has said many times he did not want a funeral and I always wondered how I could honour his request but also have the time and space for the family to acknowledge our loss and see him off. I firmly believe we achieved both outcomes today. Thank you for giving us this valuable time with him this morning.

Peter, Margaret and family would like to thank
all those who sent cards, flowers, plants, food, visits, condolences and support.
We would also like to thank the Drouin and Bull team for the
fantastic job they did with Sandy’s Memorial Service.
You made a very difficult day easier for us.
We would also like to acknowledge the wonderful
support and help from our Civil Celebrant, Ernest Rigby.
A special thanks to Angus and the whole Palliative Team
at Warragul Hospital. Your care for Sandy was brilliant.

Review – On the 10th Of July 2019, our beautiful daughter passed away. Being totally devastated by our loss and not possessing clarity of mind to deal with even the easiest tasks at the time; like the timing of photos to music; our family was overwhelmed by the outstanding standard of service, empathy, patience and communication provided by D W Bull Funeral services.

On arrival at the Funeral Home in Pakenham, we found ourselves in attractive, soft, warm surrounds and –  were treated just like family by all the staff including the ladies in Admin. Tony Collins handled the majority of our funeral arrangements – going ‘above and beyond’. Nothing was too much trouble, even requests for last minute changes were met with a comforting smile and such patience.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our request saying “It is important that you have to be satisfied in the years to come, knowing you were happy with the choices you made for your loved one.” From the time our daughter was put into their care, she was tended to with such gentle, respectful and dignified care and presented beautifully.
